Fitness Consultation and Assessment (30 minutes)
This program is designed to evaluate your current fitness level and recommend an exercise regimen that fits your lifestyle. We’ll identify your strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized recommendations for a complete fitness plan during your stay and beyond.
Personal Training (60 minutes)
Engage in one-on-one personal training with our fitness expert, who will create a tailored program based on your needs and objectives, regardless of your current fitness level. This program is designed to complement your home routine and enhance your overall fitness levels.
Boot Camp (60 minutes)
Experience a workout amidst the Himalayan foothills to enhance cardiovascular fitness and overall body tone. Boot camp sessions feature full-body workouts focusing on strength and cardio endurance. Sessions include interval or circuit training for high-calorie burn, customized to individual fitness levels for a challenging yet rewarding experience.
Aqua Fitness (30 minutes)
Enjoy a low-impact cardio workout in a temperature-controlled swimming pool. Aqua fitness sessions improve heart health, strengthen and tone muscles using water’s natural resistance, enhance flexibility, and reduce the risk of muscle and joint injuries.
